I used to get the worst anxiety worrying about my future . I would get so stressed out 😅 thinking about what was next in my life.
Recently, I began to focus on the present moment. 💕 In doing this, my mind has shifted from stressing about what is to come to being in the present moment.
This relieved my anxiety and I am able to see the next steps so much more clearly. ☀️ Now, I use my energy to prepare for what is next instead of freaking out about it
