Hello friends! I hope everyone has had an amazing week so far. Last week, we did a review over everything that I have shared with you thus far. We laid a solid foundation, and now it is time to build our house. Think of your life being as being a huge mansion, and each room in the mansion is an area of your life. Now what is the first thing you do before you build a house? 🏡 You draw up blueprints. That’s exactly what we are going to do today. We are going to draw up the blueprints for your life, and I want you to be excited about this! I am going to help you design a perfect life that you have always dreamed of, and that you deserve. Let’s get started!
First, we need to decide how many rooms are going to be in your house. I have made a list of every “room” that I could think of to put into the house of your dreams, but feel free to add your own and take away the ones you have no interest in. Once you have decided, take one or two pieces of paper, preferably in a notebook, to prevent them from being tossed out. Now write each one, separated by at least five lines.

Friendships👩🏻👱🏼♀️
Vacations🦋
These are the top ten areas of your life that I will be writing about for the next ten weeks. Please let me know if you feel like I have left one out that is important to you in the comments section. Next, under each area, write down the facts about where you are now. (Super important: this is not a time to bully yourself, it is simply a tool to use to gauge the progress that you are about to make. So please don’t write anything negative.) I remember going back and looking at some of my journals. They were filled with so much self-hate, I am appalled at the things I said about myself. This tip does not pertain to just this exercise but also life. Be your own biggest fan.
Now, under where we wrote where we are now, write under that what your desire is for that area of your life. This can be brief; we will get into the nitty gritty details later. For example, I want to become more spiritual, I want to have three kids, I want to become closer with my family. And that’s it! Sometimes the simplest exercises impact our lives the greatest! Writing down what you want is so powerful. Each week for the next ten weeks I am going to write a blog about each area of your life that we have discussed today. We will talk about ways to not only improve each area, but possibly completely change if desired. Thank you for joining me, and I am looking forward to next week. Don’t forget to like and share.
Until we meet again,
